With this set of 5 Japanese knives, you will learn to cook like a real chef! The Sashimi knife is ideal for the delicate cutting of fish. The Santoku is a versatile knife used for fruits, vegetables and meats. With its rectangular blade, the Nakiri is a vegetable knife, perfect for cutting thin slices.
