How do I return an order?

Did you order the wrong size or simply change your mind? No worries, at Japan Avenue we make it easy for you to return your order!

Step 1

Make sure you meet the following 3 conditions:

🗸 You received your order less than 30 days ago.

🗸 The labels are attached to the item in the same way as when you received it.

🗸 Items are returned in their original condition.

Step 2

Print the return form, available in your customer account. You can't find it? Then please contact us.

Fill out the return form, put it in the package and send the package to the address on the form. You are responsible for the return costs.

Step 3

Once we received and inspected your package, our teams will process your request. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible after receiving your package in our warehouse.

We only refund via the original payment method used to place the order.

Refunds are made as soon as possible after receipt of your package at our warehouse. Refunds take on average 4 to 8 business days after receipt of your package.

Yes, you can request an exchange by indicating this on your return form.

If you choose to exchange, the new item will be shipped within 48 hours.

Our stock is not automatically reserved for exchanges. It is possible that the item you have requested is no longer available at the time of shipping. If this is the case, your money will be refunded via your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.

We offer free delivery to all orders on Japan Avenue over $80. If returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We are sorry to hear that you have received a defective item.

Don't bother sending your defective item to us, but contact us as soon as possible so we can provide you with a solution (refund or return)!

Please send the following information to our Customer Service:

  • Your order number (e.g. JA12345)
  • The name of the item
  • Photos clearly showing the defect

Choose a shipping method with a tracking number for your return. Without a tracking number, we do not accept claims regarding a lost order.

You have 30 days after receiving your package to return it to us.
