Please note that some items in our catalog are in high demand, which may result in slightly longer delivery times than those indicated below.

Delivery timesto The United States, Canada, The United Kingdomand Australia:

The time needed to treat your order, product development and order shipment takes our team between 11 to 19 working days*. Our team will always do its best to make sure your order is with you in the shortest time possible.

* These delivery times do not cover possible delays caused by administrative decisions (e.g. customs check), due to strikes or other circumstances that are beyond control of Japan Avenue.

Delivery times to Western Europe:

Shipping times for Western Europe are between 13 to 21 business days.

If your tracking number doesn't show any information, there's no need to worry. Tracking information will usually be updated by the carrier within 5 to 8 business days.

Depending upon the type of items you ordered, you may receive various packages. We have multiple warehouses and to optimize delivery times and to ensure that you won't have to wait too long, it is possible that you may receive your items in a number of packages.

Our products are delivered internationally. Shipping times for the following countries may exceed 4 weeks : South Africa, Peru, Bulgaria, Argentina, Romania and French Polynesia.

My order

You can keep an eye on the status of all your orders placed on Boho Vibe. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping email containing your order tracking number. Then simply enter this number (e.g. JA1284) on our tracking platform.

You can also track your package directly on the carrier's website. The tracking information will be visible within 5 to 8 business days after reception of your tracking number.

Once you have placed an order, you will have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request a cancellation or a modification.

Beyond this time, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted as the orders will already have been processed.

First of all, please make sure that you have not received this email in your junk mail folder. If you still can't find it, no need to panic, just contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you !

Our products

At Japan Avenue we focus on delivering superior quality clothing using premium fabrics. We design our products with fabrics that combine both quality and durability. The used fabrics are mentioned in each product's description.

If you need help finding the right size that will fit you, please consult the size chart available on the item's page. Else, you can contact our customer service who will be more than happy to help you !


We accept two types of payment :

- Payments via credit card: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover

- Payments via Paypal

Once your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the due amount will be charged within 24 hours.

If your card is not authorized, you will not be charged. Your bank has rejected your payment, in this case you can either use another credit card or pay via Paypal instead.

All prices listed on our website are in USD ($).

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with the purchased item, we accept returns within 14 days after receipt of your order. Returned items must be in their original condition and will be checked once received.

The return shipping charges will be at your expense.

Please contact us at the following email address for any return request:

⚠️ Items returned after the legal withdrawal period (14 days from the delivery date) cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item. Please include the order number in the package. If an item arrives in unacceptable conditions, we will not be able to proceed with the refund and we will return the item back to you.

We recommend requesting a proof of shipment from the post office (which is free of charge).

Refunds will be made through the same payment method that was used when placing the order. The refund process takes from 2 to 14 days.

If you have not received your refund after 15 days, please contact our customer service.
