Hojicha is a premium Japanese green tea, roasted at the end of the brewing process. Unlike less expert versions, our artisan supplier manages to avoid any smell or taste of burning. The first infusion offers a brown liquid with soft, exquisite flavors, a pleasant natural sweetness and a tangy aftertaste. The second infusion is milder and less robust, but still delicious. Organic Hojicha tea recalls the quality of an Oolong and is perfectly refreshing on a hot day. It also contains less caffeine than other green teas.
