Midnight Blue Japanese Happi Kimono for Women, Golden Crane and Chrysanthemum Pattern

The cranes crossing this happi, alongside the golden chrysanthemums that accompany them, are among Japan's most iconic emblems of longevity, brought together here on a midnight blue crossed by fine lines of water. This women's happi is a short kimono that falls to the knee, with wide, straight-cut sleeves and a matching sash cut from the same fabric. Wear it closed as a loungewear jacket, or open over trousers and a plain top — it'll suit a lazy Sunday morning just as well as an evening of entertaining.

Fits women between 155 and 175cm. The model is 163cm.

Note: The sash is looped through the kimono's tab.

To look after your garment, wash it separately the first time at 40°C. Air-drying is best — avoid the tumble dryer. Don't use bleach, to keep the colours intact. Ironing on a medium heat is recommended. The fabric is designed to resist shrinkage, so your piece will last.
