Set of Two Washi Paper Tea Caddies - Hanazono

Set of 2 Japanese metal tea caddies covered with Hanazono washi paper, featuring a pink and green flower garden

Hanazono means ‘flower garden’ in Japanese, and this set of two Japanese tea caddies covered with washi paper features two designs: one adorned with small pink and gold flowers, the other with white and gold flowers on a green background. The washi paper covering them is crinkled and features fine raised striations, which you can feel beneath your fingers and which play with the light. Beneath this paper lies a solid metal tin, sealed first by a clear plastic inner lid and then by an outer metal lid, to keep your 200 g of tea protected from air and light.

Made in Japan, this set will delight a friend who loves gardening just as much as a tea enthusiast who enjoys surrounding themselves with beautiful things.
