The yukata is the quintessential Japanese summer garment — the one you slip on after a bath, keep on for dinner, and wear to watch fireworks. This men's version falls to the ankle, with wide, square-cut sleeves and a sash made from the same fabric, in a deep midnight blue decorated with the kumi-kikkō pattern, inspired by a tortoise's shell, which in Japan carries a wish for a long life. Its understated look makes it easy to wear every day, whether lounging at home on a Sunday or entertaining guests in an elegant, traditional style.
The model is 178cm and wears a size M.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To look after your garment, wash it separately the first time at 40°C. Air-drying is best — avoid the tumble dryer. Don't use bleach, to keep the colours intact. Ironing on a medium heat is recommended. The fabric is designed to resist shrinkage, so your piece will last.
