Hinoki, or Japanese False Cypress, has long been considered a precious tree. It is a solid wood used in historic buildings such as Horyuji Temple and Shosoin Temple. It contains high levels of hinokitiol, a very effective antimicrobial and deodorizing ingredient. The scent of hinoki also has a relaxing effect and is used for meditation, concentration and relaxation. This product contains 10% Japanese cypress oil and 10% hinoki wood in a very luxurious blend.
