This Azuma Bukuro bag is made from Japanese tenugui fabric and combines two traditional geometric designs. The diamond-shaped hishi motif is associated with prosperity, while the koshi lattice pattern brings a sense of structure and harmony. Shades of pinkish red and cream are complemented by small sakura blossoms.
Tied by hand in the traditional Azuma Bukuro style, this lightweight bag is equally handy for carrying a bento or picking up a few things while shopping. When not in use, it folds flat for easy storage.
