Sapporo miso ramen is one of Japan's most iconic ramen styles. Originating in Hokkaido, it's known for its rich, comforting broth made with fermented miso, offering a deeper flavor than traditional soy sauce or salt-based ramen.
Founded in 1878, Itsuki recreates this classic with thin noodles ready in just 3 minutes and a flavorful miso broth seasoned with garlic, ginger, and sesame. Made without animal-derived ingredients, it's also suitable for vegetarians.
