The noren is a Japanese curtain, traditionally used to protect the interior of a house from sun, dust and prying eyes, with a split center. In our interiors, it can be used to separate two rooms, conceal a closet door or cubbyhole, or to decorate a window or wall. This Japanese noren will delight cat lovers and fans of Japanese culture.

To separate the two panels of your noren, grab a pair of scissors and cut along the dotted line at the center of the noren. It won't fray. This way, you can choose the height of your noren's opening.
