Kinukaze ("silk breeze") is the name of this set, and it perfectly describes the soft, matte texture of these chopsticks' handles. Made of lacquered natural wood, each pair features a gradient of gray tones for one and pink for the other, both blending seamlessly with the natural wood grain at the tip. The chopstick rests, made of molded transparent resin, are adorned with the Uzumaki ("spiral") motif in black and white on one side and red on the other. A hypnotic motif that, in Japanese culture, evokes swirling water and perpetual motion.
