Alfort is one of the signature treats from Bourbon, a beloved Japanese biscuit maker since 1924. Each piece combines a crisp biscuit with a molded chocolate square featuring the brand's iconic sailing ship design.
This matcha version is made with first-harvest Uji matcha from the Kyoto region, historically renowned for producing some of Japan’s finest green tea. The result is a rich and refined matcha chocolate with authentic vegetal notes that pair perfectly with the buttery biscuit. A Japanese snacking classic that goes especially well with coffee or tea.
