To prepare your sushi with this sushi mold, nothing easier:

  • Place part 1 into part 2, then place a first layer of rice into part 2.
  • Place your filling on top of the rice layer.
  • Cover your filling with a second layer of rice until part 2 is completely filled.
  • With the help of part 3, close part 1 to pack the rice.
  • Remove part 3, then place your thumbs in the two openings in part 1 to push the rice out of the mold.
  • Place the rice roll on a sheet of Nori seaweed, roll up and cut.
